1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Review Hedgehog's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Platform Description

Review Hedgehog provides a platform for managing and enhancing online reviews for businesses, including review request automation, review monitoring, AI-generated review responses, and reputation management. We do not provide done-for-you review services directly and require cooperation from users to effectively capture and manage reviews.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to engage in conduct that violates the rights of others, disrupts the platform, or attempts to generate fake or fraudulent reviews.

5. Google API and Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with Google Business Profile and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service, including the Google Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs or services that affect platform functionality.

6. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy at reviewhedgehog.ca/privacy-policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Review Hedgehog or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Monthly Subscription

By subscribing to Review Hedgehog, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee specified at the time of signup. This fee is required to keep your service active.

9. Non-Payment

If your monthly fee is not paid by the due date, Review Hedgehog reserves the right to suspend and ultimately terminate your access. Upon termination, all data and service functionality will no longer be accessible.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund in writing to [email protected].

After 30 days, refunds will not be issued, but you may cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply.

11. Free Review Offer Eligibility

Only businesses with a database of at least 1,000 past client names, emails, and phone numbers qualify for the first 50 reviews free offer. All businesses are eligible for a free two-week trial.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Review Hedgehog does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided through our platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

Review Hedgehog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

14. Modification of Terms

Review Hedgehog reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
